Located on the main business district in North Melbourne, the building is situated within a well established cafe and restaurant precinct. The site is currently run as a Malaysian restaurant and offers existing undercover footpath dining. One side of the building runs along a lane way which offers a route for deliveries.

Offering a full window West facing shop front, with a number of small North facing windows existing on the lane way side brings natural light into the space. This being the main light source as the South facing wall shares with the business next door.
